OCEAN LIFE 70 — COMMERCIAL END-PRODUCT LICENSE v1.0

The seller identified on your purchase receipt grants the purchaser (one
individual or legal entity) a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license
to use and modify the included GLB assets, PNG source images and previews
in unlimited personal and commercial end products, subject to these terms.
The grant extends only to rights the seller holds and can lawfully license.

ALLOWED
Games, apps, websites, interactive experiences, rendered images, videos,
advertising, presentations and client projects. You may charge for these
end products. Contractors may access the assets solely to work on your
projects; they must not retain or reuse them for unrelated projects.
Attribution to this pack is appreciated but not required.

NOT ALLOWED
Selling, sharing, sublicensing or repackaging the assets as standalone files,
stock assets, templates whose principal value is these assets, or a competing
asset collection, including modified or converted versions. Publishing source
assets in a public repository or freely downloadable asset library. Claiming
the assets are exclusively yours, hand-made, scanned, or scientifically verified.

END-PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION
Assets may be embedded in an end product in a way that does not offer them
as a standalone asset download. Take reasonable steps to prevent extraction
and reuse. Browser delivery inherently exposes some asset data; ordinary
use in a genuine interactive app or website is permitted. The restrictions
on standalone redistribution remain applicable.

AI / THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
The content is AI-assisted and may not be unique or eligible for copyright
protection in every jurisdiction. This license does not guarantee exclusivity,
non-infringement, biological accuracy or ownership of rights that do not exist.
The assets contain no AI weights or model runtime; no license to those
separate systems is granted. No affiliation or endorsement by OpenAI,
Microsoft, Meta, Apple or other tool providers is implied.

WARRANTY / MANDATORY RIGHTS
Except where required by applicable law, assets are provided as-is, without
additional warranties of fitness, compatibility or freedom from artifacts.
No part of these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that
cannot lawfully be excluded. This license is non-exclusive and does not
transfer the seller's residual rights. Marketplace terms apply to the sale;
any incompatible marketplace license must be resolved before listing.
